1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are only processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. -
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@4ironapparel.com. -
Processing Delays:
In rare cases, fulfillment may be delayed due to high demand, inventory issues, or other factors. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated shipping date.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. The following are the available shipping methods:

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within the USA. Free shipping promotions may vary and will be clearly stated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, weight of your order, and the delivery destination. You can view the shipping cost for your order before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you in correcting it before the package ships. -
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or other household members. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier first to file a claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation if this is a concern. -
Delayed Shipments:
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we will do our best to assist you and keep you updated.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have a military or international shipping request, please contact us before placing an order to discuss your options. -
